• As well as Know It All’s proven track record, qualifications and ability in assessment techniques (competency-based interviews, occupational testing, etc.) for matching candidates with roles,
• Well, in addition to the proven Know It All approach to recruitment using leading edge assessment techniques, we look closely at the technical skills required for each individual position before placing candidates in front of you for interview.
• Will they work with printed matter, or colour, for example? If so, do you know the level of their colour vision? (We have this tested by fully qualified opticians).
• Will they work in design or with actual product? Either way, they’ll need the ability to think ‘in 3D’. To this end we test for spatial awareness.
• How much do they know about the relevant packaging medium and to what level? We prepare bespoke technical questions to truly evaluate the level of knowledge the candidate has.
